Lorie and I have found several things to help our kids stay engaged in an activity rather than free play. It just seems like free play inevitably ends with someone getting hurt (thats the human depravity coming out). One of those activities is reading books. Greer has become a very avid reader and regularly reads through his school books as well as books he reads for fun. Belle leans towards princess books as well as the look and find (Waldo type) books. Knox loves reading books that have animals in them. Today he was very interested in Komodo Dragons and was scared that such a creature exists! Knox may look serious but he is really excited!
