The Close of a Chapter

Clouds from Dinanget, Papua New Guinea

This was the last week at the job I have had for the last 4.5 years; First Impression Security Doors.  This was bar none one of the most challenging jobs that I have had, but it yielded the most growth as well.  When I came to FISD I started as an Asst. shop Foreman.  From there by God’s grace I moved up into the Purchasing Department.  Before I let my boss know that I was planning to go to Papua New Guinea he had made me a Director over several departments.  I am very grateful to my former boss (Clint Cornelius) as he continued to let me work and train a replacement.  He even let me extend an initial “last day” 3 months further than it had been.

We will be pressing on to final preparations to leave.  The whole family will be driving (yes that includes kids) to Oregon for a wedding.  We will also be visiting supporters and giving a few presentations in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Northern California.

Please contact me if you would be interested in hearing more about Papua New Guinea and us taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those that have never heard.
