We have been on the road for the last 3 days and driven over 1550 miles of the 4200 estimated total miles. It has been amazing to see the change in landscape from California, Oregon, and now Washington. God’s creation is truly vast and huge! It is incredible to think that we could drive for 3 days and be in the car so long—only to make it to three states in America. People are insignificant in light of God’s massive creation. We are heading out of town April 13th for a wedding. Lorie’s sister Jordan Applegate is getting married to Alex Devine on a Saturday afternoon. We will be driving from Phoenix for this trip and that equals a whole lot of hours in the car for the kids (and us). We will be in California, Oregon, Washington, and possibly Idaho. We are looking forward to seeing family and the possibility of meeting with a few groups of people about Papua New Guinea! Praise the Lord we have been blessed with such a sweet little girl! Belle is our only girl and 2 years ago she came down with RSV. She was hospitalized for one night and two days. Since that original occurrence she has only had an increase in the frequency of asthmatic attacks She has also been on MANY different medications to help her breathe. Over a month ago Belle had a bronchoscopy procedure performed. The Doctor used a camera and looked inside her lungs as well as her upper airway. They also flushed her lungs and cultured the liquid that they extracted from the procedure. She...
